1. Booking a Consultation: Clients book their consultation (or package of consultations) directly via the platform www.aureliedupuisnutrition.com. Payment for the consultation is made at the time of online booking.
   If an appointment is canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued, except in justified exceptional circumstances (unforeseeable events such as force majeure). In such cases, you may contact Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition via email at contact@aureliedupuisnutrition.com to discuss a possible rescheduling or refund.
   The client is responsible for ensuring the correct time zone when booking.

2. Forms to Complete: Before the consultation, the client will receive a series of forms to complete and return to Aurélie Dupuis at least 24 hours prior to the consultation. This is essential for proper preparation; otherwise, the consultation cannot proceed. This also applies if the client has health test results to be reviewed before the consultation. These results can be sent via email to Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition beforehand to be discussed during the consultation.

   This information is strictly confidential within the context of consultations with Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition. However, the confidentiality policy of the platform used to complete the forms applies. These platforms are designed to streamline the form-filling process, and Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition is not responsible for their policies or data management. If the client is not comfortable using such a platform (e.g., Typeform), Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition can always provide the documents (word or PDF versions) via email upon request.

3. Location of the Consultation: If the consultation is online, a Zoom link will be sent by email prior to the session. It is the client’s responsibility to install the necessary applications to access the online consultation.

4. Consultation Duration: Consultations last one hour.

5. Therapeutic Plan Delivery: Within 3 to 5 business days after the consultation, a personalized therapeutic plan will be emailed to the client.

With the client’s express consent given prior to the appointment, Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition may share certain personal information, such as email address, full name, gender, and postal address, with business partners, including SimplyCure. This information sharing aims solely to provide the client with access to products, such as supplements or health tests, on favorable terms. Any recommendation of specific supplements or health tests available on these platforms will be done only with the client's express consent.

6. Follow-up Phone Consultation: After reviewing the therapeutic plan thoroughly, the client may schedule a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss any questions and elaborate on specific points of the plan. Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition will call the phone number provided by the client at the time of the initial consultation booking. This phone consultation must be booked online within two weeks of receiving the therapeutic plan.

Packages (multiple follow-up consultations) have a limited validity period of two years from the initial consultation.

5. Responsibilities of Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition

• Nutritional advice will be personalized to support the diagnosed medical conditions and/or health concerns agreed upon by you and Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition.

• As a Nutritional Therapist, Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition is not authorized to diagnose or claim to cure any medical conditions.

• Nutritional therapy does not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for consulting their general practitioner or specialist regarding any health concerns.

• The client is advised to inform their general practitioner (or any other health professional) about the therapeutic plan they will be following.

• It is crucial that the client discloses any medical diagnoses, prescribed medications, herbal remedies, dietary supplements, or over-the-counter medications they are currently taking, as these may impact the therapeutic plan.

• The therapeutic plan and supplement recommendations have a specified duration. The client should not extend these recommendations beyond this period without mutual agreement to avoid any potential adverse effects.

• If recommendations for products such as dietary supplements or health tests are made by Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition, she cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by these products. The client should address any claims directly to the supplying companies. Aurélie Dupuis Nutrition acts only as an intermediary, proposing a connection with these suppliers. These recommendations do not replace medical advice.
