Initial consultation: a comprehensive and tailored support

Your consultation is much more than just a one-hour exchange - it involves approximatively 6 hours of personalised work to analyse your situation, design a tailored plan, and ensure high quality follow-up. 

Here is everything included in this initial consultation:

  1. An in-depth preparation and analysis before your consultation: detailed intake forms are sent in order to gather information on your medical history, eating habits, health goals,  etc. ;

  2. A thorough discussion of 60 min to refine the analysis and a detailed assessment of key aspects: health related symptoms, digestive system, nervous system, hormonal balance, and lifestyle habits (online or at the clinic);

  3. The development of your personalised therapeutic plan: a fully customised program based on your specific needs and the latest research in nutritional therapy. 

    This therapeutic plan (detailed recommendations on nutrition, micronutrients, and supplements (if necessary)) will be sent to you via email.

    You will have the time to read it carefully and we will take the time to discuss it with you, as well as any questions you may have;

  4. The discussion over the phone about the therapeutic plan (30 min);

  5. The suggestion of further health-related tests to gain deeper insights into your health (thanks to my partnerships with trusted top laboratories, our patients have access to discounted private tests); and

  6. Some tools, tips, and tricks and educational material to help you implement the recommendations easily and sustainably

Follow up sessions

Follow-up session(s) typically involve reviewing your progress, addressing any challenges, and making adjustments to your personalised therapeutic plan as needed. We will evaluate how well the recommendations are working for you, ensure you are on track toward your goals, and provide additional guidance and resources.

Ideally, follow-up consultations allow us to build on the initial consultation, which primarily aims to establish strong foundations for long-term health.

These sessions help deepen specific areas, ensuring that more precise health goals are met. They include:

  1. The analyse of any test’s results before the consultation;

  2. The consultation of 45 min - 60 min;

  3. The modified therapeutic plan and suggestion of supplement(s) sent by email;

  4. The discussion over the phone about the new plan (30 min); and

  5. Some helpful tools, tips, and tricks and educational material

It is often recommended to have follow-up consultations to ensure better compliance and improved results. Understanding certain imbalances and identifying the root cause can require several adjustments and analyses, which can only be achieved through a follow-up of two to three consultations.

Which package do you recommend the most ?

A package of three consultations, like the Founder package, is structured to give you the time and support needed to address the root causes of health challenges, which often require more time to resolve.

In the first consultation, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your health history, lifestyle, and current symptoms. This session will lay a strong foundation, but it may not lead to significant changes on its own, particularly if your issues are chronic or complex.

During this initial consultation, we might recommend certain tests to gain a deeper understanding of underlying health issues, such as hormone imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, or digestive concerns. The insights from these tests can be crucial in refining your therapeutic plan and effectively targeting the root causes.

The follow-up consultations are designed to review your test results, track your progress, and adjust your plan as needed. Do I need to take supplements ?

As a nutritional therapist, the key focus is on nutrition, with supplements coming second. The word "supplement" itself indicates that they are an addition to a healthy diet and lifestyle. However, supplementation can sometimes be beneficial to achieve higher doses of certain nutrients, to correct significant deficiencies, or simply because modern diets may not always provide all the essential nutrients our bodies need.

Also, in some instances, supplements can deliver faster results, which helps to motivate patients and encourage them to stay committed to their health journey and the adjustments they are making.

How do you choose the supplements you recommend?

I only recommend supplements with excellent feedback, high quality, minimal fillers, and the appropriate dosage.
